Summer League 2019 - Wednesday Juniors

The Perfect Motion Touch Summer Leagues return this May with men's, women's, mixed and junior leagues spread across Monday and Wednesday nights. The first Wednesday fixtures will take place on Wednesday 8^thMay and run until Wednesday 10^thJuly (9 weeks).

Please note that there will be no fixtures on Wednesday 29^thMay due to the Half Term Holidays. Wednesday 17^thJuly will be the reserve date for any postponed fixtures.

The Wednesday Junior League features eight teams, with teams playing matches every week. It is expected that Nottingham Touch Club will referee all matches, but teams are required to nominate their own referee just in case.

In a change to previous years, due to the fact that the age (9-14), experience and size of players is so different, teams will not necessarily play every other team in the league. Draft fixtures are shown below, based on teams playing those similar in size, age and ability. Teams will also receive a bonus point if they play at least two girls in any match. Subject to how this goes over the first few weeks, we may change some fixtures.

The play-off fixtures shown below may also change, although it is expected that there will be separate competitions running for the different age groups - most likely an u14s (3 teams), u12s (2-3 teams) and u10s/11s (2-3 teams)

All Junior League matches will take place on grass at 6.30pm.
